How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription directly from the IShort extension by clicking the Settings icon and selecting "Manage Subscription". Alternatively, email us and we'll help you cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate access to premium features upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. We recommend using the Free plan to test the extension before upgrading. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Settings menu in the extension. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers. Local data stored in your browser will also be cleared.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Reel analytics data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's storage API. Only your account information and subscription status are stored on our secure servers. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
The extension isn't collecting data. What should I do?
First, make sure you're on an Instagram Reels page (instagram.com/username/reels/). Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, try removing and reinstalling the extension. Contact us if the problem continues.
