This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling your IShort subscription. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through one of these methods:
- In-App: Click the Settings icon in the IShort extension and select "Manage Subscription"
- Email: Send a cancellation request to aashishm20606@gmail.com
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
- Your collected reel data will remain stored locally on your device
Note: Cancellation does not automatically delete your account or data. To delete your account and all associated data, use the "Delete Account" option in the Settings menu.
2. No Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate access to premium features upon purchase, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Why No Refunds?
- IShort provides immediate access to all premium features upon payment
- The service is a digital product that cannot be "returned"
- A free plan is available to test the product before purchasing
- All features and limitations are clearly described before purchase
Before You Purchase
We strongly recommend:
- Using the Free plan to test the extension before upgrading
- Reading the feature descriptions and plan limitations carefully
- Contacting us with any questions before making a purchase
- Ensuring your use case is compatible with our service
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization (requires proof)

4. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower plan:
- The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- No prorated refunds are provided for the current period
- You retain access to your current plan's features until the period ends
