1. Service Description
IShort is a Chrome extension that helps you analyze Instagram Reels performance. The Service allows you to:
- Collect and view statistics for Instagram Reels (views, likes, comments, engagement)
- Analyze posting patterns and performance trends
- Export data to CSV format
- Access AI-powered insights (on paid plans)
2. Account Registration
- You must sign in with a valid Google account to use IShort
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
3.1 Available Plans

3.2 Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are available in USD and INR (Indian Rupees)
- Usage limits reset at the start of each billing cycle
3.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the extension
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the period ends
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time
3.4 No Refunds
All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate access to premium features upon purchase, all payments are non-refundable. We encourage you to use the Free plan to test the service before purchasing. See our full Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate Instagram's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
- Use automated scripts or bots to collect data at excessive rates
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute data collected through IShort
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
- Scrape private or protected content
- Overload our servers or interfere with Service operation
5. Intellectual Property
- IShort and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws
- You retain ownership of any data you export from the Service
- Instagram content remains the property of its respective owners
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Disclaimers
7.1 Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of analytics or insights
- Compatibility with future Instagram API changes
7.2 Third-Party Dependencies
IShort relies on Instagram's public data. Changes to Instagram's platform, API, or terms may affect Service functionality. We are not responsible for Instagram's actions or policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IShort and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IShort, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your use of the Service
10. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms
- You may delete your account at any time through the extension
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via:
- Updated "Last updated" date on this page
- Notice in the extension for major changes
- Email notification for paying subscribers
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
